Fuel tank truck pipeline installation
Fuel tank truck should loading and discharging from lower position. Pipe installed at tank bottom, loading and unloading valves, hose connectors, thermometers and pressure gauges, etc. packed in operation box at one side of fuel truck.
Pipeline layout should not impact drive shaft and chassis, regression components, its space shall be not less than 45 mm in the static state.
Liquid and gas meter lowest point height shall be not less than fuel trucks chassis minimum ground clearance. If they are lower, 6mm steel plant at lest should be used to protect liquid meter or gas meter.
Expect fuel trucks handling hose and hose connectors, other pipe or pipes connecting the tanks shall not be connected with threads.
For fuel trucks prefabricated pipelines, they should past water pressure test at fuel tanker test pressure before assembled on fuel trucks.
Liquid and gas in the closing of the valve should be 200mm away from residue (or gas) emissions pipe.
