Cement trucks structure
China cement mixer truck is long-distance cement transport special vehicle. Automatic revolve barrel is assembled on truck chassis to ensure cement won’t solidify. So it is a dual function transport and mixing of special vehicles.
In order to complete these two functions, concrete carriers should have the following components:
Concrete carriers stirring devices: including cement stirring drum, stirring drum Support Unit, material loader device and repair platform;
Power plant and transmission: including mixing cylinder drives, gear, cleaning equipment, compressed gas installations, manipulation of devices;
Chassis devices: Class II chassis, trailers and support platforms.
